Meet your nutrition goal every single day (limit cheat meals and alcohol to social events) 2. Drink 100 oz of water every single day 3. Either one 30-45 minute workouts per day or 8000 steps per day (workouts will be loaded onto the app for you, you can do gym workouts or home workouts. I will load them according to your request) 4. Journal or read for 10 minutes each day (personal development or Bible) 5. Hey guys! My name is Tiffany and I’m a 29 year old, Chicago-based personal trainer. I am a full time mama, former athlete and I have a degree in Exercise Science from Lewis University, as well as, experience as a physical rehab tech. My passion for fitness started off when I was very young and in grade school. I first expressed this passion through running and later on tried all sorts of sports like taekwondo, cross country, volleyball, basketball and track. Ultimately, my passion stayed with running so I stuck with track & field and gave it my all as a sprinter and long jumper. In college, I kept up with my running and focused a lot on weight training. As I learned more and more I became just as passionate about weight lifting and decided to make it my career to help people get stronger and move their bodies more optimally. My training style is science based and designed in progressive phases to improve balance, posture and over-all athleticism all while building your dream physique. Your goals are my goals! Let's work.
