Since I have started my workout journey with Tiffany, I have been hearing 2 big myths, 1. Paying for a trainer is a waste of money and 2. There is no point in having a trainer when you can learn this on my own. I am so glad I have the opportunity to work with someone as great as Tiffany because she proved both of the theories wrong. You may be able to teach yourself to workout, but Tiffany has YEARS of experience and education that is needed to understand how to get results. Im a trades man 41yrs old that have lifted my entire life, boxed and kicked box; I was having some issues with tightness in my muscles and having weaker muscles from my daily routine. I have seen Tiffany work outs and it was exactly what the chiropractor recommended for me to do exercises of stretching and strengthening specially those smaller very important muscles that we as guys don’t pay attention too.
